Bugüne kadar yapılan Projeler:
Y. Doç. Dr. Tuncay UZUN’un, bugüne kadar yapmış olduğu ve YTÜ Elektronik ve
Haberleşme Mühendisliği bölümünde, lisansüstü ve lisans tez ve projeleri
kapsamında öğrencilere yaptırmış olduğu projeler aşağıda numaralandırılarak
gösterilmiştir. Bu projelerin içinde ayrık elemanlar, mikroişlemci ve PLC kullanılan
donanım ve bununla ilgili yazılımlar, BASIC, Fortran, Pascal, C Delphi, Visual BASIC
gibi programlama dillerini ve 6800, Z80, Intel MCS-51, Microchip PIC, 8086 makine dili
yazılımı ve bunların donanımı kullanılmıştır.
Dr. Tuncay UZUN had made following some Electronic and Computer Projects. He had used as
6800, Z80, Intel MCS-51, Microchip PIC, 8086 different microprocessor and microcontroller
based system hardware and its machine language software. Main control software related
these projects are design with BASIC, Fortran, Pascal, C Delphi and Visual BASIC
programming languages.
Intel MCS-51 87C57FA Microcontroller Application, 6 row by 6 column, 7-segment LED matrix
Display Control System with RS-232 serial port by IBM AT and its software designed with
Visual BASIC.
AT bus prototype card for IBM AT. It’s decoding (300H-31FH) address range.
Intel MCS-51 80C32 Microcontroller Application, Single board computer that it has got 8 KB
RAM, 8 KB EPROM and 8255 PPI 24 digital I/O. This system is suitable for running Intel
development ROM and 8052 AH- ROM BASIC software. RS-232 serial communication with IBM AT
or TTY terminal.
Intel MCS-51 80C32 Microcontroller Application, Single board computer that it has got 8 KB
RAM, 8 KB EPROM and RS-232 serial communication port. Running with Intel evaluation and
emulator software on the IBM AT.
Intel MCS-51 80C52AH-ROM BASIC Microcontroller Application, Two port (V, I) harmonic
analyser hardware and its software with machine code and BASIC.
One-to-Three port RS-232 line buffer.

Microchip PIC16C54 Microcontroller controls a scrolling LED message Display Application.
Display text and graphics while scrolling the LED message with a minimum of hardware that
build with ten chips. The characters are displayed using a time-division multiplex
technique with more than five characters easily added by software.
Microchip PIC16C54 Micro controller controls a 2/3 digit 7-segment LED Display that given
above applications. Display numbers with a minimum of hardware that build with seven
chips. The characters are displayed using a time-division multiplex technique with more
than two or three characters easily added by software. Its has got RS-232 / RS-422 /
RS-485 serial communication with IBM AT.
Motorola 6803 Microcontroller controls a 2/3 digit 7-segment LED Display that given above
applications. Display numbers with a minimum of hardware that build with eight chips. The
characters are displayed using a time-division multiplex technique with more than two or
three characters easily added by software. Its has got RS-232 / RS-422 / RS-485 serial
communication with IBM PC.
General Purpose Digital I/O and Timer Add on card for IBM PC. Its used Intel 8255
(Programmable Parallel Interface) 24-Bit parallel I/O, 8254 (Programmable Interval Timer)
three 16-Bit down counter with hardware controlled gate, clock input and output pins.
Motorola 6800 Microprocessor Simulator Software for IBM AT. Source, listing, register,
flags, memory dump windows and support multiple windows, all in one screen. Mouse and
keyboard controls are supported.
Thermometer or Analog-to-Digital Converter Card for IBM PC. It may use for thermometer or
voltmeter applications with jumper selectable.
Intel MCS-51 87C51 Microcontroller Application, Programmable high precision, accuracy
electronic balance. It’s used strain gauge and special 16-bit Analog-to-Digital
Converter that is manufactured by Analog Device.
Digital Filter Application for IBM AT. It’s used multi function I/O card and software
for IBM AT. Real time filters software running on 8086/8087 machine code in the Pascal and
it’s supported by MATLAB. MATLAB is used to calculate Butterworth or Chebyshev type
filter coefficient.
Four colour LED Graphic Display Application with IBM PC/AT. It shows text and graphics
that designed by special software on the personal computer. Animating the graphics
with a flexible hardware that build with PC I/O add on card. The graphics are displayed as
the four colours (red, green, yellow and black) on the electronic display board that using
two colours LED (red and green). Display size easily adjusted up to 128x96 point by
modular hardware and its software designed with Delphi.
Digital frequency meter and counter design and application with Microchip PIC16C84
microcontroller based system.
Digital voltmeter and termometer design and application with Microchip PIC16C84
microcontroller based system.
Digital real time clock design and application with Microchip PIC16C84 Microcontroller
based system.
Microcontroller based system design and applications for mobile robot system. This project
consists five parts. Electronic control hardware and proportional speed controller
circuit, ultrasonic distance measuring system, power manitorin and management system,
radio modem communications circuits and remote control software.
